Elie who hails from Lebanon understands hospitality that’s rooted in tradition. He speaks French as well as English and Arabic, starts this Wednesday and will lead the service team ‘with both structure and heart’
Previously Area Manager for Zouky Group, a well-known café, functions and catering operator in Brisbane where he drove operational improvements across multiple sites. Most recently as Sydney Restaurant Operations Manager for Seagrass Hospitality, a premium full service branded restaurants and operations specialist, with brands such as Meat & Wine, Hunter Barrel.
