President's Report

Dear Fellow Members, I can advise that we embarked on an almost unprecedented capital works program, not seen since the 1960’s, or even the original construction of our building. I can tell you that almost every part of our building and services are undergoing new facilities and upgrades including the environmentally responsible reduction of our carbon footprint. As we speak, we have commenced on the whole Level 9 refurbishment of the existing rooms in a historical manner while we await the main reconstruction of our hotel rooms commencing around mid next year, 2024.

President's Report

Dear Fellow Members, This is my first communication with you, our Members and Guests and want to thank you on behalf of the Board of Directors, the General Manager and Staff for your support of our Club, Hotel and our facilities. The restrictions of the last two years had placed the Club in various difficult operational and financial positions, resulting from the loss of your patronage of the Club, the Hotel, and various functions that we rely upon for income.

Live Music & Cabaret + Exciting Staff News!

A very receptive and appreciative group of Members and Guests welcomed back the highly successful Dine & Wine lunches on Friday 29 July. Our special guest speaker was James Manners from Manners Wines, Mudgee, NSW. James shared his journey and passion for making the four great wines we tasted: a 2021 Rose, a 2021 Vermentino (a favourite on the day), a 2019 Malbec and 2019 Shiraz. Watch this space for further lunches in September and November.
