Snooker Table Enhancements

We extend our sincere thanks to Club Member Anthony Hirst for his generosity and dedication to improving the snooker facilities in the Members Only Lounge on Level One. Anthony has kindly loaned the Club a scoreboard, table cover, cue rack and several other items, ensuring the table is prepared and presented to a professional standard. He has also taken the time to repair and restore our cues, meaning everything is now in excellent condition. Welcome to Elie Chedid our new F&B Manager

Elie who hails from Lebanon understands hospitality that’s rooted in tradition. He speaks French as well as English and Arabic, starts this Wednesday and will lead the service team ‘with both structure and heart’ Previously Area Manager for Zouky Group, a well-known café, functions and catering operator in Brisbane where he drove operational improvements across multiple sites.
