City Tattersalls Club Snooker Room

SNOOKER ROOM – LEVEL 3

We are pleased to invite Hotel Guests and Members of NSW Masonic Club to play the snooker tables on Level 3. The tables are provided by the City Tattersalls Club, free of charge, and may be used in accordance with the established City Tattersalls Club rules.

The Snooker Room Opening Hours are:

  • Monday – Saturday 11am – 11pm
  • Sundays 11am – 7pm
  • Reserved each Tuesday from 6pm for the City Tattersalls Clubs Snooker teams.

Ball Collection Balls can be collected from reception by presenting a City Tatts or NSW Masonic Club membership card, or by being an in-house guest at the hotel. Use of personal balls are permitted. Playing Times During busy periods as a courtesy to others please limit table use to 1hr. Food & Drinks Food and beverages can be purchased from the Level 2 Castlereagh Lounge during operating hours, and at reception outside of these times. Do not place any food or drinks on or over any of the Snooker tables. Please use the side tables provided. Table Lights Led lights have been installed above the tables, please ensure these are switched off once you have finished playing. Table Covers Table covers are placed on the tables to protect from dust when not being played, please store these under your table when in use. Snooker Competition The snooker tables are reserved each Tuesday from 6pm for the City Tattersalls Clubs Snooker teams. If you are interested in joining, please call City Tattersalls Club on 02 9267 9421 to be put in touch with the Snooker Club President.

Dress Regulations

Club Members and their Guests are requested to observe the following dress regulations which have been approved by the Board to preserve the dignity of this historic Club.

  • The Reagh Bar (Ground Floor), Castlereagh Lounge (Level 2) and Cellos Grand Dining Room (level 4) smart casual attire at all times.
  • Smart casual attire is:

For gentlemen, a collared shirt with trousers or slacks. Shorts with closed in shoes. For ladies, dresses or blouse and tailored slacks, sandals are acceptable. Items of clothing which are not permitted include: baseball caps, torn or excessively faded jeans, t-shirts, thongs or sandals. Castlereagh Boutique Hotel guests, as Temporary Members, are expected to observe the above dress regulations when availing themselves of the Club facilities. Exemption is extended to guests arriving or departing directly from the accommodation rooms. The Club Management reserves the right to refuse any person not suitably attired admission to the Club areas or the food and beverage outlets. Paul Brasch General Manager
