Step back in time for a decadent deco soirée in our stunning Cellos Grand Dining Room featuring the velvet tones of Ehran Jade and Paul Sun accompanied by the Swinging Good Time jazz band. Drink and dine in opulent style whilst being entertained to the timeless music of the 30s, 40s.

Ehran Jade
Ehran Jade shares her love of ‘a time gone by’ as a singer, swing dancer and vintage fashionista.
An immaculate vision of vintage style, Ehran Jade never fails to captivate as she passionately channels the legends of jazz and blues including; Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone and Sarah Vaughan, for both music lovers and dancers. Ever the entertainer, she radiates beyond the microphone with her engaging charm and banter.
Ehran Jade has performed both locally and internationally, and regularly performs across Sydney at establishments, private parties, Swing Dancing Events and Gatsby-themed evenings.
Paul Sun
Paul Sun has built a reputation across Sydney and beyond as a polished crooner and skilled jazz double bass player.
With smooth vocals and a toe-tapping sophisticated sound, Paul has been compared to jazz greats such as Bobby Darin and Chet Baker, bringing charisma, charm and energy to his performances.
Along with his exceptional ensemble, Swinging Good Time, Paul never fails to entertain from his extensive repertoire of Swing, Blues, and Latin jazz hits from the 30′s, 40′s & 50′s.
Great Southern Nights is a celebration of live music that takes place right across New South Wales.
The dynamic event features hundreds of COVID-safe performances at live music venues across Greater Sydney and regional NSW in March and April 2022.
Great Southern Nights is a NSW Government initiative, delivered by Destination NSW in partnership with the Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA) to stimulate the revival of the State’s live music, entertainment and hospitality sectors, and in turn the NSW visitor economy, in response to challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
