Cellos’ recently-launched Chef’s Table continues in 2020. At this authentic, interactive dining experience, guests will enjoy a sumptuous 7-course degustation lunch with Head Chef, Nabil Belramoul sharing his inspiration for the menu.

Just like on a holiday, Chef Nabil has created a full-body pampering treatment for your taste buds, letting you relax and enjoy the indulgence.
He is redefining degustation with his new 7-course menu influenced by his recent experience on the Asian islands.
An excellent appreciation of our local produce and clever use of Asian ingredients that showcases his mark of knowledge and love for food.
We bring to the table, the “Holiday Experience” menu
~ Celeriac and apple soup with smoked salmon and dill ~
~ Pork neck satay ~
~ Diced black pepper honey angus beef ~
~ Sorbet au champagne and caviar ~
~ Red tuna tataki in black sesame crust, yogurt, mango, papaya and rice wafer with parsley extract ~
~ Crispy duck, orange glaze, carrot and miso puree, sesame, grilled green onion and coriander oil ~
~ Red wine-blood orange poached pear, crisp almond-cranberry cookie, mascarpone ~
