The Masonic Club Board, in accordance with the Club’s Constitution, has nine Directors; The President, Vice President and seven other Directors. The Board shall comprise of Masonic and non-Masonic (Associate) Members, however, only a maximum of 3 non-Masonic (Associate) Members may be elected to the Board.
Any person wishing to nominate for the Board must complete a Nomination Form, a Candidate Profile Form, a completed Statutory Declaration and MUST be accompanied by a recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate.
Completed forms and photograph MUST be received by the returning officer, not later than 6.00pm, Thursday 14th October 2021. They may be:
