We would like to officially call for nominations for the Board of Directors.
Any nominee would need to be willing and able to be an effective general member of the Board with the requisite mix of skills, diversity, capabilities and experience and be able to meet the time commitment required.
The Members will vote for seven (7) Directors, comprising of a maximum of 2 non-Masonic (Associate) Members. The elected Board will choose a President and Vice President. Both of these positions must be elected Masonic Members. The Board may appoint up to two (2) Board Appointed Directors in addition to the elected Directors.
Any person wishing to nominate for the Board must complete a nomination form, a candidate profile form, a completed Statutory Declaration and MUST be accompanied by a recent passport-sized photograph of the candidate.
The completed Nomination Form, Photograph and Statutory Declaration must be received by the Returning Officer, not later than 6:00pm, Thursday 19th October 2023.
