Touring Group Sub-Club Visit to Rooftop Garden
Did you know that the Club has created a culinary garden on the rooftop?
Surrounded by skyscrapers, the Club team, led by Terry Donald, has lovingly built a culinary garden using all recyclable materials. With composting underway and new herbs added daily, the garden is already contributing fresh ingredients which Chef is using in the kitchen.
Last week, members of the Touring Group Sub-Club were taken on a special tour of the garden enjoying a glass of bubbles and some glorious Autumn sunshine – a relaxed and memorable afternoon at the Club.
