The New Year comes with new challenges and also new opportunities. Borders may be closed but the Club and Hotel are still open for business, so please call in and see us. This is a quick summary of what is happening at your Club:
The first point of difference you will notice when entering the Club is the ‘new-look’ foyer. For the first time in many years, a new classical colour scheme has replaced the mustard colour and sky blue. We have uncluttered the foyer, giving Members and Guests a more welcoming arrival experience and we have mixed up the furniture a bit. Let us know what you think. This work has been completely undertaken by the in-house Management Team and other staff Members.
Well done to all !

We are almost there; saying good riddance to 2020, that is! Looking back over this year, it really was the year for firsts; the first time our trade had been so severely affected by a virus, the first time we had to close the whole Club down, albeit for a short time, and the first time since the 1940’s that the whole world literally stopped and closed up shop. However, we have seen a number of positive firsts too. Please read about them in Team Talk on the following page.
It takes more than this to slow us down!

On behalf of all the team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your on-going support and patience during this pandemic period. We have all worked hard to provide the safest environment for our members and employees. Our aim is to be a safe haven for all. The situation has worsened in Victoria and some parts of NSW. So, we wanted to remind you of our efforts and assure you that we are rigorously following all the restrictions and guidelines from the NSW Government:

Firstly, thank you for all the well-wishes we have received and for your patience whilst the Club was temporarily closed. This was a very unusual time for all concerned.
We reopened the Lounge on the 1st of June for lunch from Monday to Friday. It has been such a pleasure to see our valued Members returning. We have created a new menu with daily specials for you to enjoy, along with new service procedures in our COVID-Safe dining area.

As we navigate our way with positivity through the coming months, our focus remains on where we can add the most value for our members, while strengthening our operations for the future. Staying connected with members is always a priority, and we will continue to do this through a regular Club Chat, with an update from the General Manager in between issues. Our website is constantly updated...

As part of the Federal Governments staged shutdown of “principal places of social gathering”, NSW Masonic Club was temporarily closed along with other registered and licensed clubs and non-essentials services.
Levels 1 - 5 of the building, all Club outlets, the function rooms and Café Reagh (street level) have been shutdown until such time as we are able to re-open - sooner rather than later we hope!

We are so excited to unveil the new-look Level 2 Lounge to our Members! The Lounge closed just before Christmas for its customary repairs. However, this year, our team swung into action and completely re-painted and re-styled the Lounge. Our thanks go to Operations Manager, Peter O’Brien, and Housekeeping staff members, Mohit and Larma, who donned their painting gear for 3 weeks in January. The Lounge...
